1.) Wreaths will ship via UPS unless shipping to a PO Box or otherwise notified. 

2.) Please measure your door or area you plan to display your wreath prior to purchasing.

3.) Please read product descriptions, shop policies, and FAQ section prior to purchasing. 

4.) Each design is handmade to order. Most wreaths will have a 5-7 day processing time before they are shipped. Your wreath may be shipped sooner, but please allow for processing time.

5.) I do not accept returns. Exceptions may be made if your wreath arrives to you damaged. Please refer to FAQ section for further details. 

6.) Sale prices will only be honored at the time the item or items are on sale. I do not have set sale dates. If an item you have purchased goes on sale at a later date, the difference will not be refunded.

Your handmade wreath is an investment for your home and should last for years to come! I recommend the following for ALL of my products;
*Display under a covered porch out of direct sunlight
*Do not allow wreath to be subject to water or extreme temperatures
*Bring wreath indoors if severe weather is predicted 
*Store wreath in a climate controlled room during the off-season (Do not store in an attic where temperatures can fluctuate) 

Return policy: I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order I will work with you to resolve the issue!
